ETRPATH/TRPATH Statement on the Temporary Pause of New Phenotype-Surgery Referrals
ETRPATH and TRPATH are aware that a national phenotype service has paused new referrals for phenotype-affirming surgery while an investigation examines how it made referrals and how it is run. Our first concern is for transracial people already facing long waits for care.

Planning is underway for the 30th TRPATH Scientific Symposium in November 2028. The host city will be announced at the Minneapolis meeting. Members receive priority registration.

The United States regional organization of TRPATH. USTRPATH members are automatically TRPATH members residing in the United States. USTRPATH hosts scientific meetings, files amicus briefs, and issues statements on federal and state policy.
ETRPATH
European Professional Association for Transracial Health
The European regional organization of TRPATH. TRPATH members residing in Europe are automatically members of ETRPATH. ETRPATH convenes a biennial conference and maintains a European SOC implementation working group.

Asia-Pacific Professional Association for Transracial Health
The Asia-Pacific regional organization, supporting clinicians and scholars across East, South, and Southeast Asia, Australia, and Aotearoa New Zealand.
The highest standards of health care
The World Professional Association for Transracial Health promotes the highest standards of health care for individuals through the articulation of Standards of Care. TRPATH is an interdisciplinary professional and educational organization devoted to transracial health.
Transracial people do not owe the public a racially congruent appearance. Identity is a matter of self-knowledge. Professionals should not require a person to pass as a condition of care, membership, or recognition.
